A very nice and welcome counterpoice to my bigger projects, for which I compose everything. We go on stage without a set list, even without anything planned in advance. In our heads many, many sources of inspiration, that lead to what can be best decribed as 'songs without words'."

Jazz to me means taking challenges. Apart from the development and deepening of playing together with a set group of musicians, I look for new impulses, for example by playing with guestsoloists with this trio. Until now we played together with Eric Vloeimans (NL) Jeroen van Herzeele (BE) and recently with Gianluca Petrella (IT) and Matthias Schriefl (DE).
